چکیده مقاله
This research focuses on the rational design, synthesis, and application of ionic phthalocyanine-based
catalysts. In this context, a zwitterionic vanadyl oxo tetrapyridinoporphyrazine catalyst,
[VO(TPPACH₂CO₂H)]Cl, was successfully designed and synthesized, and its catalytic efficiency was evaluated
in the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline and chromene derivatives. Subsequently, the ionic complex tetra-2,3-
pyridiniumporphyrazinato cobalt tribromomethanide, [Co(TPPABr)]CBr₃, was prepared and effectively
applied as a catalyst for the synthesis of henna-based compounds. Furthermore, tetra-3,2-
pyridiniumporphyrazinato oxo vanadium tribromomethanide, [VO(TPPABr)]CBr₃, was synthesized and
successfully employed as an efficient catalyst for the chemo- and homoselective oxidation of sulfides and
benzylic alcohols. Metal phthalocyanines, as accessible and highly stable macrocyclic complexes, exhibit
significant potential in catalytic applications [1,2]. The catalysts developed in this study demonstrated
excellent catalytic performance and could be readily recovered and reused several times without noticeable
loss of activity. Overall, this work provides a promising strategy for the design and development of taskspecific ionic phthalocyanines incorporating diverse counter-ion tags for various catalytic applications.
