چکیده مقاله
The increasing demand for sustainable chemistry has driven the development of metal-free photocatalysts based on abundant and environmentally benign elements [1]. Organic dyes, particularly anthraquinones, are attractive candidates due to their strong light absorption, stability, and tunable structures. Combining anthraquinone units with triazine cores such as cyanuric chloride enables the design of efficient photocatalysts with controlled structures and enhanced optical properties. In this work, a series of anthraquinone–triazine photocatalysts were synthesized by adjusting reaction conditions to regulate anthraquinone loading. These materials were applied to the selective oxidation of alcohols, important renewable feedstocks, into valuable carbonyl compounds under mild conditions [2]. The photocatalysts demonstrated broad substrate scope, offering a green and effective alternative to conventional oxidation methods.
