| Sustainable Synthesis of Triazolopyrimidine Derivatives Using a Recyclable Acidic Magnetic Nanocatalyst |

| The development of recyclable heterogeneous catalysts is a key goal in modern green and medicinal chemistry, addressing the limitations of conventional homogeneous systems, such as difficult separation, corrosion, and hazardous waste generation [1]. In this study, a novel acidic magnetic nanocatalyst was designed, synthesized, and thoroughly characterized by FT-IR, XRD, FESEM, EDX, and VSM analyses. Its high surface acidity, structural stability, and superparamagnetic behavior enabled efficient and selective synthesis of bioactive triazolopyrimidine derivatives, a class of heterocycles with significant pharmacological potential [2]. The reactions proceeded smoothly under mild, green, and solvent-efficient conditions, providing high yields in short times. Furthermore, the catalyst was easily recoverable and reusable for at least five cycles without noticeable activity loss. Overall, this catalytic system offers a sustainable, efficient, and environmentally friendly approach for constructing valuable heterocyclic scaffolds in medicinal chemistry (Scheme 1). |
