| چکیده مقاله |
| Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a subset of crystalline network structures and are considered as hybrid and porous materials. The crystal structure of MOFs is obtained by attaching organic ligands to metal clusters and includes two-dimensional and three-dimensional crystal structures. MOFs have a complex network structure that can store a large volume of gases and be used as the catalysts, drug delivery, hybrid supercapacitor, gas absorbers, etc. The main advantage of MOFs is their openable three-dimensional structure, which allows changing the volume and shape of the structure [1]. The catalytic application of MOFs is suitable due to its designability. Many organic reactions, including oxidation/reduction reaction, coupling reaction, multicomponent reaction, click reaction, etc., are carried out with the catalytic assistance of MOFs [2]. Post-synthesis modification of MOFs is very efficient in achieving MOFs with active sites [3]. In this report, the prepared Ti-MOFs was modified with urea groups to provide an efficient hydrogen-bonding-based catalyst. Ti-MOF-UR was used as a hydrogen-bonding-based catalyst in the preparation of nicotinonitrile compounds, which mainly have favorable biological properties (Scheme 1). High reaction efficiency, short reaction time, and the ability to recycle and reuse the peresented catalyst are among the most important features of the presented report. |
