| Abstract: The integration of metal-organic frameworks with magnetic nanoparticles creates composites that have attracted much attention from researchers due to their high thermal, chemical, and hydrothermal stability and advantages such as high surface area and porosity, easy and rapid separation [1]. One of the most important industrial pollutants is dyes. The presence of dyes in wastewater reduces the penetration of light and, as a result, affects the optical activity of aquatic animals and increases turbidity and suspended matter in the water, as well as the presence of aromatic hydrocarbons, ionic compounds, chlorides, etc. that constitute the structure of dyes, which pose a serious threat to the life of living organisms. Therefore, removing dyes from contaminated wastewater is inevitable and necessary [2]. There are various methods and processes for absorbing and removing dyes from organic environments. The adsorption method is the simplest, most common, and least expensive method for removing dye wastewater from the aquatic environment on a large scale [3]. In this project, a new magnetic metal-organic framework composite was synthesized and identified and validated using techniques such as FT-IR, XRD, FESEM, EDX, Elemental Mapping, VSM, TGA/DTG, and BET/BJH. Then, this composite was used to remove organic pollutants from aqueous solutions. Then, single-factor, 3D, and contour plots, and isotherm, kinetic, and thermodynamic equations were examined and the optimal conditions for the synthesis of pollutants were determined. Under these conditions, the newly synthesized adsorbent showed extraordinary potential for the absorption of pollutants. |
