3Component synthesis of pyrazolo-pyrido-pyrimidinones in nanoliposom media

چکیده مقاله
Nowadays, MCRs, wherein the target molecules are obtained from three or more divergent substrates through a well-defined one-pot reactions, has emerged as a dynamic tool in the synthesis of novel heterocycles [1]. Owing to the advantageous features of greater selectivity, low energy utilization, excellent puzzling of starting materials, and high product yields, conjugation of MCRs with water as a non-volatile, nonflammable, eco-friendly, and easy isolating solvent has been used for synthesis of pyrans, furans, pyridines, quinolines, indoles, triazines, acridines, pyrazines, and pyrimidines [2]. Literature has elucidated that fused pyrazolo[3,4-d] pyrimidines and pyrimidine fused pyrazoles possess diverse medicinal properties [3]. Recently, pyrazolo-pyrido-pyrimidinones were prepared in the presence of catalytic β-CD in water at 50 °C [3]. However, development of green and efficient methods for the synthesis of these fused heterocycles is much needed. Herein, we report a one-pot three-component synthesis of substituted pyrazolo-pyrido-pyrimidinone scaffolds from 2-amino-pyrazolone, an aryl aldehyde, and barbituric acid in water using a nano liposome medium made by phosphatidyl choline lipids (Scheme 1).
