چکیده مقاله
In this study, a metal-free solid acid catalyst based on oxidized graphitic carbon nitride was
designed and synthesized, which exhibited excellent performance in the green synthesis of new 21-
thiaporphyrin derivatives. Owing to its completely non-metallic structure, this catalyst offers higher
safety, lower cost, and greater environmental compatibility compared to metal-based catalysts. The
presence of this catalyst resulted in increased yield, reduced reaction time, improved selectivity, and
allowed the process to proceed under milder conditions. Moreover, the avoidance of hazardous
organic solvents and high temperatures makes this method more efficient and safer from a green￾chemistry perspective. In addition to its high thermal stability, the catalyst features easy separation
and reusability without significant loss of activity—characteristics that highlight its economic and
environmental importance
