چکیده مقاله
Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) represent a novel and exciting class of microporous polymers with exceptional properties in the field of organic materials chemistry. They are typically constructed from rigid, geometrically well-defined organic building blocks, forming robust, covalently bonded crystalline networks that extend across two or three dimensions. COFs offer distinct advantages such as precisely tunable structures, large surface area, high porosity and easy framework modification. These features make them highly promising for applications including catalysis, gas adsorption and separation, sensing, and drug delivery]1-2.[ Benzimidazole derivatives exhibit a wide range of important pharmacological activities,including‌anticancer,antibacterial, antifungal, antiinflammatory, antioxidant, antitubercular, antimalarial and antihistaminic] 3[. Here, a (COF) containing urethane moieties was designed and synthesized, and utilized as a heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of benzimidazole derivatives
