| چکیده مقاله |
| Abstract Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) which are also known as coordination polymers (CPs) [1], are a fascinating class of nanomaterials with distinct characteristics such as thermal stability, discrete ordered structure, low densities, large surface area, ease of synthesis and with broad-spectrum of properties suited for physical and chemical applications [2]. MOFs have attracted the interest of many researchers during the past decades, because of their unique structures, diverse properties and wide applications [3], such as: gas storage and separation, sensing, magnetism, catalysis, optoelectronics, drug delivery, bioimaging, conductivity, and energy storage, etc. [4]. MOF nontoxic effects, drug-loaded properties, and continuous release have enriched its use in drug delivery, biocompatibility, and biodegradability [5]. Therefore, in this work, adsorption of cisplatin drug into MIL-47 was studied in detail through Grand-canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations. The total adsorption of cisplatin into MIL-47 framework predicted from GCMC simulations at 273.15 K and 310.15 K and 100 kPa is about 0.003 and 0.002 mmol/g, respectively. The adsorption isotherm showed that a slowly increase in the amount adsorbed with increasing pressure and the MIL-47 framework doesn't show much drug absorption. |
