| چکیده مقاله |
| Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a class of crystalline porous organic polymers that are used in diverse fields such as biomedical, gas absorption, energy storage, photocatalysts, and catalysts due to their properties, including low density, high chemical and surface area. Since the inception of COFs in 2005, there has been a continuous expansion in the product range of COFs and their derivatives [1]. On the other hand, N-heterocyclic compounds with a nicotinonitrile moieties are one of the salient families of pyridines. Nicotinitriles have been used as medicines. For example, they are used as anticancer, antimicrobial, antihistamine, and many other drugs [2]. In this study, we synthesized nicotinonitrile derivatives via multicomponent reaction by using COF with phosphorous acid tags under mild reaction condition (Scheme 1). In this light, new series of pyridine core nicotinonitrile derivatives synthesized with high yield of products. The required precursors were synthesized according to our recently reported educational synthetic organic methodology [3]. |
