| چکیده مقاله |
| Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) are highly efficient synthetic tools that enable the rapid assembly of complex and biologically active molecules by combining multiple reactants in a single step. Recent research has increasingly focused on developing green MCRs, particularly solvent- and catalyst-free protocols that align with the principles of green chemistry, In this study, we report a simple, efficient, and environmentally friendly method for hydrothiolation of unactivated alkynes, leading to the synthesis of (Z)-S-vinyl dithiocarbamate derivatives. These compounds are valuable intermediates in synthetic organic chemistry and are widely used in the preparation of natural products, polymers, and various functionalized molecules. This reaction, also known as the thio–ene click reaction. The reaction proceeds via a one-pot, three-component process employing starting materials that are readily accessible through simple synthetic procedures including amines, carbon disulfide, and alkynes. Notable advantages of this protocol include the absence of solvents and metal catalysts, mild reaction conditions, high yields (good to excellent), and excellent stereo- and regioselectivity. Overall, this method provides a green and practical approach for the synthesis of dithiocarbamate derivatives. |
