Development of novel click thiol-ene and thiol-yne reactions using alkene/alkynes/allenes

چکیده مقاله

Hydrothiolation of unsaturated C-C bonds, known as thiol-ene and thiol-yne click reactions, is an important atom-economical strategy for the synthesis of organosulfur compounds with widespread applications in natural compounds, pharmaceuticals, polymers, functional materials, and as synthetic intermediates.1 In this talk, recent progress on the hydrothiolation of diversities of molecules including activated and unactivated alkenes, alkynes, cycloalkynes, propargyl ketones, and allenes with in situ prepared dithiocarbamic acids and thioacids will be presented. This provides simple method for the synthesis of simple dithiocarbamates, vinyl dithiocarbamates, allyl dithiocarbamates, thioesters, and N,S-heterocyclic compounds. Our methodologies potentially offer a promising platform for bioconjugation, site-specific labeling, and the synthesis of sulfur-containing probes and therapeutics in live-cell and in vivo applications.
